economic development strategy, and executive leadership to emerging and growth-focused
enterprises with emerging new technologies, particularly in industries requiring complex

Bringing nearly two decades of experience in environmental and regulatory consulting
across federal, state, local, nonprofit, and private sector clients. He has led the design, construction, remediation, and long term compliance of stormwater and green infrastructure systems for major industrial and infrastructure assets, including work with nationally recognized organizations. Jay holds a degree from the University of Queensland, where he focused on green infrastructure and water resource management, grounding his practice in globally benchmarked watershed and ecosystem management. His current work spans environmental permitting, ESG aligned monitoring and reporting, and lifecycle stewardship of environmental obligations for large facilities, providing EMI investors with a single point of accountability for sustainability, regulatory engagement, and political affairs strategy across the company’s project portfolio.
