Management & Leadership

Environmental Minerals Inc. is led by an experienced executive team whose combined background spans project development, capital markets, environmental regulation, and operational execution. Together they are building a durable platform focused on producing sustainable Class "N" natural pozzolan and advanced low-carbon materials that support the transition to cleaner industry and resilient infrastructure.

The company is governed and managed with clear accountability across corporate approvals, execution delivery, and environmental compliance. This separation of responsibilities is designed to meet institutional underwriting and counterpart-risk standards: board-level governance and transaction discipline at the top; operational sequencing and project execution through dedicated management; and rigorous, lifecycle-oriented environmental and regulatory oversight through a single accountable executive function.

Under the leadership of Chief Executive Officer Michael Walker, Chief Operating Officer and Board Member Jason Roe, and Chief Environmental & Regulatory Affairs Officer Jeremy ("Jay") Bergeron, Environmental Minerals integrates institutional-grade business management with rigorous environmental and regulatory oversight. The team's experience — from asset-intensive operating platforms to advanced environmental compliance and lifecycle stewardship — is designed to meet the governance, risk-management, and execution standards expected by institutional investors and strategic counterparties.

Governance and accountability are maintained through board-approved sequencing, documentation-led decision-making, and defined role ownership across commercial origination, technical validation, operations, and permitting. This structure is designed to support infrastructure-grade counterparties, long-duration supply relationships, and diligence requirements typical of cement, concrete, and industrial materials markets.

Michael ("Mike") Walker – Chief Executive Officer & Board Member <

Michael ("Mike") Walker is a Canada-based business and commerce executive with more than 25 years of experience across hospitality operations, real estate development, structured finance, and underwriting-driven capital deployment in North America and internationally. He serves as Chief Executive Officer and a Board member of Environmental Minerals Inc., with responsibility for corporate execution, board-directed governance, and transaction discipline.

Mr. Walker holds a Master's Degree from the University of British Columbia (UBC), Canada, and has operated at the intersection of asset-intensive businesses and capital structuring, with emphasis on execution delivery, cost control, and underwriting-based evaluation across development-stage and operating assets. This background supports Environmental Minerals' focus on asset-backed capital formation, disciplined transaction execution, and underwriting-led mine development.

Mr. Walker is associated with North South Holdings, Inc., a Nevada-incorporated private equity and development organization with international operations based in Vancouver, British Columbia. In that capacity, he has overseen operational coordination, transaction execution, and capital allocation across asset-backed projects, working with counterparties, advisors, and financing participants.

Mr. Walker's experience emphasizes contractual sequencing, governance oversight, and execution accountability rather than speculative strategy. His role within Environmental Minerals Inc. is centered on ensuring that corporate actions, asset contributions, and financing processes are executed in a manner consistent with institutional standards and board-level risk-management expectations.

Jason Roe – Chief Operating Officer & Board Member

Jason Roe is a development-sector executive and author of research-driven non-fiction works focused on systems analysis, societal dynamics, and applied research. He serves as Chief Operating Officer and a Board member of Environmental Minerals Inc., and is Chief Executive Officer of Global Mana Development, operating within the PDI Global Consortium Group.

Mr. Roe's executive practice emphasises execution sequencing, capital-efficient scaling, and institution-facing structuring in asset-intensive environments. His operating approach centres on measurable delivery: aligning counterparties, establishing defined workstreams, and advancing board-approved milestones through disciplined, documentation-led governance consistent with infrastructure and institutional risk standards.

During 2015–2016, he served as a real-world Chief Executive mentor on the Management MSc programme at University College London (UCL), working with a postgraduate team under Professor Marco Aponte-Moreno, then Senior Teaching Fellow and Programme Director within UCL's Department of Management Science & Innovation. In that live mandate, the team scaled a retail concept to 60 physical locations inside existing big-box stores on an initial operating budget of approximately $1,000, without external funding or equity capital.

Through purchase-order-backed execution and work with a major national retailer, the UCL project established a real-life operating company, created a blue ocean model, and self-generated in excess of $5,000,000 in purchase orders, generating its own capital to fund, build out, and scale 60 in-store kiosk locations within six months. This outcome is presented as a practical demonstration of capital-efficient scaling, applied execution, data-informed decision-making, and risk-managed delivery within functioning commercial constraints.

Mr. Roe's published works include The Force Is in You (2016), which advanced a systems-and-field framework for institutional accountability and evidence-based decision-making and introduced the term "Era of Common Sense." His subsequent title, COVID-19: The Love Story (2020), applied this framework to a real-time global event, emphasising coherence, compassion, and science-based rejection of racism through an "one humanity" lens. His 2026 book, Equal Sovereignty, extends the framework into questions of human, technological (including biological-AI), data, and race-related sovereignty, treating sovereignty as an intrinsic property of living and informational biosystems and outlining an anticipated sovereignty-focused era that follows the Era of Common Sense. The phrase "Era of Common Sense" has since appeared in broader public discourse, including political and technology commentary.
